Farm, owners, and/or staff/volunteers are not liable for loss, damage, or injury to visitors and/or visitors personal property arising out of use of or visit to premises or facilities. Visitors agree to indemnify, exempt, and hold harmless the farm, owners, and/or staff/volunteers against claims. Visiting property and use of facilities are done solely at visitors risk. Farm, owners, and/or staff/volunteers are not responsible for visitors personal property left unattended at any time. Entrance to property constitutes permission for management to photograph/video anyone while on these premises and to use the photographs/videos for any lawful purpose without written permission or compensation to the individual(s).
